National Bike to Work Day is Friday, May 15th. If you work in or near downtown, swing by Reconnect Rochester's annual Bike to Work Day Pit Stop at the northwest corner of East Ave & Union that morning from 7:30-9:30am to fuel up and talk cycling with the team. If you want assistance with a lower-stress way to bike to work, fill out Reconnect Rochester's bike route request form

Don't Miss our Bill McKibben Watch Parties

Congregations all around the Rochester area are hosting watch parties to stream Bill McKibben's keynote from Faith in Place's 2026 Environment & Spirituality Summit, and we'd love for you to join us in person. So far The Church of the Transfiguration in Pittsford, Mountain Rise UCC in Fairport, First Unitarian Church in partnership with St. Thomas Episcopal Church in Rochester, St. Mary's Downtown in partnership with the First Universalist Church in Rochester, Temple Sinai in the Brighton/Penfield area and Greece Baptist Church have all signed up to host in-person watch parties. Two churches in Greece and Irondequoit are still pending.
